We want you to love your Schleich fashion pieces, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures your refund or replacement is handled with care and efficiency.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
